• Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored support to students with additional needs

• Collaborate with external professionals and agencies to ensure that students receive the necessary support and interventions to thrive academically and socially

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN), preferably in a school or educational setting
• A caring and patient approach, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students with additional needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
