We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant with Primary School experience who can implement their knowledge and skills to support children with Special Educational Needs. You will need to confidently manage behaviour, aid social and emotional development and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities:
– Provide support and assistance to individuals with Special Educational Needs
– Assist in the care and education of toddlers and children with SEN
– Implement individualized plans and strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual
– Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals
– Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members

Requirements:
– Experience working with SEN children
– Knowledge of SEN principles and practices
– Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of all abilities
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
– Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage challenging behaviours
