We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a Primary School in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in students’ lives and work alongside experienced educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to individual student requirements
• Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development
• Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities
• Carry out administrative tasks and maintain accurate student records

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with additional learning needs
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and helping young people overcome challenges and reach their potential
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Learning Support Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential
