A ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school based in Enfield is now looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support a class in KS2. Our partner mainstream primary school believes in high expectations, high aspirations, high motivation and high achievement for all.

The successful candidate will be able to work using their own initiative and can demonstrate effective behaviour management skills. In return, they will join a supportive environment with plenty of development opportunities.

The Role:

• Supporting children with needs
• Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
• Working Hours: Full Time, 08:30 – 16:00 (6.5 hrs)
• Supporting a Class in KS2
• Able to run 1:1 or small groups interventions

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree or relevant qualifications in Education, Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology
• Strong understanding of working with children/ young people, e.g., Youth Work, Mentoring, Tutoring, Childcare, Voluntarily
• 3-6 months experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
