Are you looking to gain valuable experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream primary school located in Isleworth?

Within this role you will be working alongside the Class Teacher and provide 1:1 and small groups assistance to the learners who need additional support. You will be required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times, as well as undertaking administrative duties, such as marking classwork/homework and updating/removing display boards.

Requirements:

• You will need a ‘Can do’ attitude
• You need to be able to easily build a positive rapport with both staff and students.
• You will need to be passionate about working with children and dedicated in helping develop their academic attainment level.
• Ability to be patient in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and part as a team

Must Have:

• An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment – £52
• Two obtainable childcare relevant references
• Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Math
