Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
A respectable mainstream primary school based in Vauxhall are looking to appoint a committed experienced teaching assistant to support children with learning difficulties in KS1. This role will be a full-time vacancy, commencing from September 2024 and our partnered school will be holding trials before the end of the academic year to find a candidate that will be suitable to work with the pupil. Candidate Requirements:
- has experience working with SEN children with complex needs – essential requirement
- Has A-C grades in GCSE Maths and English or above
- Who is ICT proficient
- Who is flexible, hardworking and passionate about their work
- Who is able to work as part of a team
- Who has experience of working in a school setting
- Who shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners
- loves playing, talking and working with children of all abilities and has excellent communication skills
- enjoys working indoors and outdoors in all weathers and can work on their own initiative
- has a full commitment to, and understanding of, inclusive education
- has an excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Is flexible and can adapt to changing situations
