The role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Merton
• Full time-long term
• PAYE £80-£90
• Immediate start
• Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Provide feedback to students in relation to progress and achievement under the guidance of the teacher.
• Encourage students to interact with each other and engage in activities led by the teacher
• Establish constructive relationships with the students and interact with them according to individual needs.
