Learning Support Assistant – New Addington

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work alongside a full-time Class Teacher. The successful candidate would be joining our team who, collectively, are responsible for supporting learning and helping to deliver an excellent, creative, and joyful curriculum for our pupils.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time position

• Experience across KS2 and with ASD is essential

• Have a strong understanding of behavioural management

• Adaptable and positive attitude

• Commute to Croydon reliably

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working as an LSA and having worked with SEN children. You’ll be working with children across the school in small intervention groups and 1-2-1. Strong written and spoken English are essential as the school have high standards for their students. Supporting pupils and building relationships are important to build strong foundations with children’s learning. Experience with ASD children will be beneficial. There are no behavioural issues.
