Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
Location: London Borough of Barnet
Daily Rate: £90–£100 per day

A well-established recruitment agency is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a welcoming school based in the London Borough of Barnet.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support to a child with SEN
• Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional development
• Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo
• Helping to implement tailored learning strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
• Patient, caring, and reliable
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Passionate about making a difference in a child’s education
