Pay: £85.00 – £100.00 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

We have an exciting opportunity for an Unqualified Learning Support Assistant that would suit anyone passionate about working in education. If you are interested in supporting SEN children, particularly those with Autism and Speech and Language needs, then this role is ideal for you.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated person with experience in childcare who wants to advance into a more fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for children
• Assist the class teacher
• Support the entire class as needed
• Care for and supervise children during break times
• Manage challenging behavior
• Foster strong relationships with parents
