Ortus Recruitment are working with this amazing mainstream primary school, located in Teddington, and they are seeking a enthusiastic, vibrant learning support assistant ready to commit to a full time – long term role in the school. The role :

• Position : Learning Support Assistant
• Location : Teddington
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• 8:30am-4pm (hour lunch break )
• £80-£90 PAYE

Within this role you will provide 1:1 support for the children inside and outside the classroom, help them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will also be working closely with the SENCO team to create a safe and fun environment for the children.

The ideal candidate will have more than a years’ experience working with children in a professional setting such as a school, and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. You should also have good knowledge of SEN and how to interact with children in an appropriate manner. If you apply for this role you will need a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment.
