Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Feltham. This full-time role, starting in September, focuses on providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 4 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering personalized learning activities
• Conduct small group interventions to support core subjects like Maths and English
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters student growth
• Monitor and report on the student’s progress, making necessary adjustments to support strategies
