Learning Support TA – FT | Southwark

In this role, you will support different classes across various key stages based on the school’s needs. You’ll have access to excellent teaching resources, monitor students’ progress, and provide support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lesson Support: Assist the teacher with lesson delivery.
  • Classroom Preparation: Set up equipment and prepare the classroom for lessons.
  • Student Engagement: Manage behaviour and engage students in their own learning.
  • Personalized Support: Work with students one-on-one or in small groups outside the classroom.
  • Collaborative Effort: Support both the teacher and the students to succeed.
