We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant role, ideal for individuals passionate about education, particularly in supporting SEN children, primarily those with Autism and Speech and Language needs.

About the Role:

• Responsibilities:
  • Providing 1:1 support to an Autistic child in a Year 3 class.
  • Assisting the class teacher.
  • Supporting the entire class when needed.
  • Caring for and supervising children during break times.
  • Managing challenging behavior.
  • Building positive relationships with parents.
