Early Years Teaching Assistant | Level 3 Qualification Required

Ortus Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic nursery and primary school located in Shephard’s Bush, London. We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive EYFS team.

This is a full-time role working with children aged 3-5, offering a competitive daily pay rate of £80-£95, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Experience working with children aged 3-5 in a school or nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable, and flexible work ethic
• Comfortable supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
