We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Hanworth, Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity to support young children in their earliest stages of learning and development.

The Role:
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and educational activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will help create a positive, fun, and safe environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering creative and interactive lessons for nursery-aged children.
• Provide individual and small group support to children, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Help manage behaviour, encouraging children to develop good social skills.
• Support children with SEN, adapting activities to meet their learning needs.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe classroom environment that supports active learning.

About You:

• Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children in learning through play.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
