Ortus Recruitment are excited to present the opportunity to work in a mainstream and inclusive Primary School as a Teaching Assistant (preferably with Pastoral experience) to support in a Year 3 classroom.

The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for offering Pastoral support by communicating effectively with parents/carers and working with the SENCo to ensure all children can access the curriculum regardless of disadvantages or additional needs.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience and knowledge of KS2 curriculum and be confident delivering lessons/interventions
• Be reliable, patient and empathetic
• Be available full-time and long-term
• Have a Level 3 qualification or minimum 2:2 grade in relevant degree e.g. psychology or educational studies
