Pay Range: £85.00 – £100.00 per day

About Us: Join our highly-rated OFSTED school in Honor Oak Park, known for its friendly and supportive staff and exceptional learning environment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with childcare experience to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant. This role involves providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with autism, enabling their growth and development in a nurturing atmosphere.

Essential Skills Required:

• Genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
• Experience working with children with autism/ADHD
• Natural enthusiasm for working with young children
• Ability to monitor and record a child’s progress
• Understanding of safeguarding children

Job Description: As an unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children with a range of SEN across year groups
• Work closely with children with autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral difficulties
• Assist in a primary school setting
• Commence work ASAP on a full-time and long-term basis
