About the Role:

• This full-time position entails supporting a child with autism on a 1:1 basis in a Year 3 class at a highly-rated OFSTED school in Honor Oak Park.
• You’ll work alongside a supportive and friendly staff team dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where both learners and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) across different year groups.
• Focus on assisting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral difficulties within a primary school setting.
• Monitor and record the progress of the child you’re supporting.
• Demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding children and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
