Overview: Are you passionate about education and interested in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing 1:1 support to an Autistic child in a Year 3 class. Our school’s senior leadership is supportive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere where learners and staff can thrive.

Duties:

• Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN
• Assist the class teacher
• Support the whole class when needed
• Supervise and care for children during break times
• Manage challenging behavior
• Build positive relationships with parents
