Ortus Recruitment is seeking a Primary Behaviour Mentors to join our partnered mainstream primary school based in Putney for a September 2024 start. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who aspire to become Therapists, Counsellors, or Youth Mentors. We also encourage current teaching assistants, classroom assistants or learning mentors to apply.

Job Description:

• Role: Primary Behaviour Mentor
• Key Stages: EYFS, KS1, & KS2
• Collaborative Work: Partner with Teachers, SENCO, and Therapists
• Pupil Focus: Work with SEN/SEMH pupils (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.)
• Interventions: Conduct planned 1:1 and group sessions
• Start Date: September 2024
• Duration: Full academic year, full-time position
• Salary: £85 – £100 per day, term time only
• Location: Based in Putney
