We are currently recruiting for a Classroom Assistant to join the team in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Ealing.

Our client school in the London Borough of Ealing is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their team. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to manage behaviour, engage students with the curriculum, supervise playtime and liaise with parents/carers. You must also be able to confidently lead interventions in small groups to help raise attainment and support on a 1:1 basis with SEN children.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a primary school setting and/or a degree in education, psychology, or other relevant subject is desirable, but not essential.
