Salary: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to support pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to provide classroom support, assist with small group interventions, and help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities
• Work with individuals and small groups of pupils, including those with SEND
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere
• Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning habits
• Support with administrative tasks and classroom preparation as needed

About You:

• Previous experience working with children (in a school, childcare, or youth setting) is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for education and helping young learners thrive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
• A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential
