Ortus Recruitment are seeking a friendly and experienced Teaching Assistant, to join a successful, modern and welcoming Primary School in Iver Village, Buckinghamshire.

Our partner school is a mainstream 2 – form entry School, with a recent “Good” Ofsted report, a fantastic reputation and a great range of resources and facilities.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the progress of pupils with the aim of improving their literacy and numeracy levels. There are a small number of children in the class with additional needs as well.

Year 5 Teaching Assistant Main Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) or a Level 3 Qualification
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred (3-6 months)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for working with students with diverse needs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
