Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils
• Assist children with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support with behaviour management and pupil wellbeing
• Contribute to classroom organisation, displays, and general admin

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, patient and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• The ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience working in a school or with children is highly desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is beneficial but not essential
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check
