The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable
• Demonstrate a nurturing and supportive approach while maintaining high expectations
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be committed to supporting pupils with diverse learning needs

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• GCSEs (A*–C / 9–4) in English and Maths
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting or with primary-aged children
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and SLCN
• Restraint training (PRICE, MAPA, Team Teach, etc.) is desirable, but not essential
