Unqualified Teaching Assistant – Primary – SEP Start

These roles are available at a school situated in East Dulwich, working on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).

Pay Rate: £85-£100 per day

Role Overview:

These opportunities are ideal for those considering a career in teaching within a Primary school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will offer support to students and staff in various areas, which could include:

• 1:1 Classroom Support: Assisting individual students to enhance their learning experience.
• SEN Support: Providing tailored assistance to students with special educational needs.
• General Classroom Assistance: Helping with day-to-day classroom activities and ensuring a smooth learning environment.
• Exam Invigilation: Supervising students during exams to ensure a fair and orderly testing process.

What You Need:

• Desire to Work with Children: Passion for guiding children in their learning and development.
• Teaching Aspirations: Aiming to become a teacher (not essential).
• Availability: Able to work school hours (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
• Experience: Some experience working with children (preferred).
• Enhanced DBS: Must be on the update service.
• SEN Experience: At least 1 year (desired), or willingness to learn and adapt within SEN guidelines.
