We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with prior primary school experience, looking to take on a new challenge and advance their career in education.

The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and ambition, providing a nurturing learning environment for children aged 3 to 11. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSEs (A* to C) in English and Maths.
• A supportive, nurturing approach with high expectations.
• Experience working with children with SEN, including Autism, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and SLCN.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, committed, and adaptable.
• Prior experience in a primary school setting or with primary-aged children.
• Restraint training (e.g., PRICE, MAPA, or Team Teach) is desirable.
