Ortus recruitment are excited to present a new opportunity with our partner Primary School in Croydon for a Teaching Assistant position.

The school has an excellent team who provide high quality standards of education and has great facilities. The school also have an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report.

A successful candidate will have good previous experience working in a school setting and with children who have additional needs. They must also have key skills to identify the needs of every individual student. The individual should have relevant qualifications and be familiar with Primary School curriculum.

The role will consist of helping teachers with the planning and organization of lessons, as well as getting involved in class activities. The individual will also be working on a 1 to 1 basis with children and in groups inside and outside the classroom.
