About the Role:
In this fulfilling Primary Teaching Assistant role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different classes based on the school’s needs, spanning various key stages. You’ll be surrounded by wonderful teaching resources as you work closely with students, gently monitoring their progress and providing support along their educational journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the class teacher in the thoughtful planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging learning activities for KS1 pupils.
• Offering additional support or creating challenges for individual students or small groups in subjects like literacy, numeracy, and more.
• Thoughtfully monitoring and documenting the progress and achievements of pupils, providing constructive feedback to the teacher.
• Fostering positive behaviour and values among students, addressing any challenges with care and consideration.
• Providing gentle pastoral care and guidance to support the social and emotional development of pupils.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and diversity, with a compassionate approach

Pay: £85.00 – £100.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:30
