Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual to work in our partner Primary School in Croydon for a Teaching Assistant role.

The Primary School has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report and a strong leadership team.

The ideal candidate should have some previous experience working in a school with children or of similar relevance. They should also be able to communicate with teachers and children effectively and clearly.

The role consists of working alongside a teacher, helping them to plan and organize lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

You will also be working in groups of children and on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils who may need additional help.
