This position is for someone looking to develop their childcare experience, particularly in EYFS/Reception. The school is looking to fill the role as soon as possible, and it’s a great chance for someone passionate about early years education and making a difference in children’s lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs and a strong desire to work in a collaborative and positive environment. The school is looking for a candidate with a CACHE Level 3 EYE qualification to support their EYFS/Reception team.

Primary Teaching Assistant EYFS/Reception Job Description:

• Salary: £85 – £105 per day PAYE
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Schedule: Full-time, term-time only (Monday – Friday, no weekends)
• Location: Vauxhall
• Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

• Provide classroom support as well as small group assistance
• Work closely with children with additional educational needs, ensuring they have the support required to thrive
• Assist teaching staff in maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children of various abilities and ages
• A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching, education, or childcare
• CACHE Level 3 EYE Qualification
• A passion for engaging children in education in fun, creative, and exciting ways
