Job Description:

• Provide 1:1 support to an autistic child in a Year 3 class.
• Support children with a range of SEN across year groups, including Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral difficulties.
• Work within a primary school setting, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive staff team and senior leadership.

Essential Skills:

• Genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
• Previous experience working with children with Autism/ADHD.
• Enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Ability to effectively monitor and record a child’s progress.
• Understanding of safeguarding children principles.
