We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for those interested in supporting SEN children, mainly those with Autism and Speech and Language needs. The position involves working 1:1 with an Autistic child in a Year 3 class, within a supportive and friendly school environment.

Role Overview: The school is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 Autistic child on a 1:1 basis. The senior leadership team fosters a welcoming atmosphere that enables both learners and staff to grow and develop. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to children with special needs.
• Assist the class teacher with daily activities.
• Support the whole class when required.
• Care for and supervise children during break times.
• Manage challenging behavior effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with parents.
