We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in their classrooms in a school located in Enfield. The ideal candidate will be able to develop a positive relationship with children, aid in their social, emotional, and academic development, and manage behaviour effectively.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, patient, and able to work with children with special needs or at different learning levels. We aim to help children gain confidence and learn various skills that could help them in future jobs or other activities.

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have a good understanding of the UK curriculum
• Have experience working with SEN children
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Promote social, emotional, and personal development
• Have experience working in a classroom setting
• Be patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
• Be CACHE LEVEL 3 qualified or a Graduate
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY
