The Role:
As a Reception SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support for students with SEN, ensuring they feel encouraged and included in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for Reception students with SEN, including developmental delays and sensory needs.
• Engage students using play-based and creative learning techniques.
• Support the emotional and social development of children in Early Years.
• Work with the SENCO to implement personalised strategies and monitor progress.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

• Experience working with SEN students in Early Years settings.
