About the Role:

As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons following the EYFS framework
• Assist in assessments and track children’s progress
• Work closely with children who require additional support, including those with SEN and EAL needs
• Encourage confidence, creativity, and independent learning through structured play
• Lead small group activities, including literacy, numeracy, and motor skills development
• Create a positive learning environment that helps children thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (essential)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a primary school or EYFS setting
• Passion for child development and supporting young learners
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to be a positive male role model (Male applicants encouraged)
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
