Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons and activities that promote the development of key skills and concepts in early years education
• Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to students who require additional assistance with their learning or require additional challenge
• Assist in the planning and organization of learning experiences and opportunities that stimulate curiosity, exploration, and discovery in young learners
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, communicating effectively and sensitively to support student progress and well-being

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with early years students, preferably in a Reception classroom or similar educational setting
• A genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage positively with students, colleagues, and families to support student development and well-being
