Reception Teaching Assistant | Haringey | £89 – £105 PAYE | Full Time | Immediate Start

A well-regarded primary school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. Our partner school, a two-form entry primary with a “Good” Ofsted rating, is looking for someone with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.

This full-time role (08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday) is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in a primary school setting and make a real impact on children’s education.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 to 6 months’ experience working in a primary school (essential)
• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting
• CACHE Level 3 qualification (preferred)
• Strong academic qualifications
• A proactive, reliable, and committed approach
• A passion for contributing to the improvement of the school
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (08:30am – 15:30pm)

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher and phase leader in daily activities
• Help maintain high standards of learning and achievement
• Deliver tailored interventions to meet students’ needs
• Observe children’s progress and contribute to developmental reports
• Assist in delivering lessons in line with the EYFS framework
