  • Support a Year 3 student with SEMH needs/Challenging Behaviour.
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport with pupils.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with supporting challenging behaviours is advantageous.
  • Qualifications such as PRICE, MAPA, or Team Teach training are desirable but not essential.
  • Diverse backgrounds welcome, including experience in youth work, behavioural support in education, social work, or sports organizations.
  • Graduates in Psychology, Education, English, Maths, or Science are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Confidence in working with autism is highly valued.
