We are working with a specialist primary school situated in Streatham who are seeking a SEN Classroom Assistant to join their team to support a Year 1 & 2 class. This role to temp to permanent for the right candidate.

• Combining subject knowledge with an expertise in broad specialist areas including ASD & SEMH/Challenging Behaviour, Classroom Assistants are deployed to support pupils in accessing the broad and balanced curriculum.

The role:

• Supporting pupil in year 1 & 2 overcome various barriers
• Working with individuals and small groups of students.
• Working with teaching staff to develop appropriate resources to support the learning of specific students
