We are currently recruiting dedicated SEN Classroom Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs. The Role:

As an SEN Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of needs, helping them to engage with learning and develop both academically and socially.

Key Duties:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
• Provide physical, emotional, and communication support based on individual needs
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
• Support pupils during lessons, playtimes, and school activities
• Assist with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and safety at all times
• Help remove barriers to learning and encourage independence
• Track pupil progress and contribute to reviews, meetings, and target setting

About You:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, complex needs)
• Experience within a school or similar educational setting is highly desirable
• Comfortable supporting pupils with personal care needs, including toileting, changing, and feeding
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
• Available for an immediate interview and start
• Holds the Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (child/adult workforce) issued within the last 3 months or registered on the Update Service
