This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will start immediately and be ready to make a real impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, helping them succeed academically.
• Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
• Prepare and organise teaching resources, materials, and activities.
• Encourage and support students in maintaining focus, promoting positive behaviour and active participation.
• Help ensure the classroom remains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all students.
• Supervise students during break times and other school activities to ensure their safety and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual learning needs.
• Experience working in an educational setting or with children (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to manage and support children with varying behavioural needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and staff.
• A collaborative team player with patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• A commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of children.
