The role:

• Be assertive, patient and proactive
• Promote positive social, emotional and personal development
• Lead numeracy and literacy interventions in small groups
• Work 1:1 in the morning with a non-verbal child with autism and 1:1 in the afternoon with a child with autism and challenging behaviour
• Promote learning through play
