Ortus Recruitment is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a two-forum entry school located in West Green, London borough of Haringey. The school is surrounded by many transportation links making it easy to commute to the school.

You will be required to work 1:1 with a pupil in KS1 who needs assistance to help them do well academically. The pupil has autism and requires an Experienced SEN Teaching assistant to help them progress. You will be required to run group interventions specifically focusing on literacy and numeracy.

What is required?

• Need to be able to run interventions in Phonics, numeracy, and literacy
• 3-6 months SEN experience
• Enhanced DBS
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME
• Must have a firm but fair approach
• Must have knowledge of the UK ciriculum
