SEN Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (West Drayton)

We are a specialist recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in West Drayton, conveniently located just a short walk from the station.

This role involves supporting pupils within the school’s SEN provision, which is attached to and works closely with the mainstream setting. You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs within the SEN provision
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence
• Providing one-to-one and small group support as required

• Experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
