The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN
• Help the child stay engaged, confident, and motivated in lessons
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support learning plans
• Implement personalised strategies to support academic and emotional development
• Encourage independence and positive behaviour in the classroom

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in supporting children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Patient, caring, and dependable
• Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Passionate about making a real difference in a child’s education ❤️
• Interested in developing a career in education, SEN, or child development
