The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 with an Autistic child in a Year 3 class. The senior leadership at the school are supporting and friendly, and have worked to build a welcoming atmosphere where learner and staff feel enabled to grow and develop. The schools stretch their most able and support those with special and additional needs – they want to ensure that all have the opportunities they need to fulfil their potential and the Primary Teaching Assistant hired for this role will become part of this community.  

Requirements:

• 1:1 support with children
• Assisting the class teacher
• Supporting the whole class when needed
• Caring and looking after children during break time
• Managing challenging behaviour
• Fostering relationships with the parents

Benefits:

• pay £85 – £100, paid weekly, PAYE – No hidden agency/umbrella company fees
• Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30
