ORTUS RECRUITMENT are liaising with our client Primary School in the London Borough of Ealing who are looking for a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team supporting on a 1:1 basis with a Year 4 girl working at an Early Years level.

ABOUT THE TEACHING ASSISTANT ROLE:

You must have excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and patient manner, and the ability to work in a team. You will be supporting a girl in Year 4 who is working at an Early Years level. She requires additional support with her academic development therefore you will need to confidently lead interventions in reading, numeracy and literacy to help raise attainment.

The school is located in the heart of Ealing – an area known for its culture, diversity and vibrancy. Ealing Broadway station is within a few minutes walk of the school offering the District, Central and Elizabeth line to ensure easy accessibility all across London, as well as a number of bus stop routes, plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants up and down the high-street.

This is an amazing opportunity to be at the fore-front of children’s learning and development while being consistently aided and encouraged by the Senior Leadership Team and fellow staff members, with the potential to progress on to a Teacher Training programme if deemed an ideal candidate.

**Candidates must be able to commit to a long-term and full-time role (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm)**
