Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cricklewood, London
Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, term-time only)
Salary: £85 – £100 Daily, based on experience (PAYE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-on-one with a child who has autism in a friendly and inclusive school setting in Cricklewood. Your role will be to provide tailored support, both academically and socially, to ensure the child thrives in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to the child during lessons and activities.
• Implement strategies to support the child’s communication, sensory needs, and social interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver consistent and effective support.
• Encourage the child’s independence, confidence, and emotional well-being.
• Adapt resources and activities to meet the child’s individual needs.

About You:

• Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs (SEN).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt strategies to support the child effectively.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
